Never received free gift and didn't received 7 magazines promised

They called 5/08 making deal sound real good. I paid for magazines and was sent the free gift voucher. I returned it and still have't received the gift.

I was promised extra magazines which was told several times due to my changes in magazines they are no longer active. They said you could make any changes on magazines at anytime. Never received magazines before or after exchange!!!
I sent several request over the last year with same answer.
