Didn't send mp3 player i paid for & didn't provide incentives offered

I went to a sales promo for global vacation network with the promise of free gifts. The only gift i paid any $ for was the $16.95 shipping & handling charge for my 'free' mp3 player. I mailed the check on 12.9.08, it was cashed on 1.8.09, and as of 3.10.09 i haven't received the mp3 player. I was also promised $300 in gas refunds ~ the website was no longer in service. I was also promised 'free luggage' but i wasn't willing to pay the s&h chg for something i didn't really need.

I was also promised free airfare & 2 nites hotel which i never got. What i did get was a call from global vacation to ck on my satisfaction after the mtg & i expressed i never got my gifts... There was supposed to be follow-up & there never was. It's all a TOTAL RIP-OFF & i'm glad i never signed up for the 'great vacation packages' they offered. Any help or info is appreciated. Thx.
