Miscellaneous

What Brent wrote is true. I was called for an interview and asked to come in yesterday. I looked up the company and so usacomplaints.com so I became suspicious. I called in the morning before my interview to ask more about the job description and daily duties. I was told by that the Account Manager position was to "stabilize accounts" with their big name clients like AT&T and Quest.

They said the interaction would be with clients to make sure they were happy with the companies work. I was still suspicious, but in this job market, I thought why not. I went in and it was pretty professional, although I was sitting in the waiting area with 5 other people waiting to be interviewed for the same thing, I am assuming.

After waiting over 30 minutes, I was brought in to be interviewed by someone, although they had told me over the phone I would be interviewed by the owner, James Wilson. It went just as Brent described and when I asked them about what I was told about working with clients, the interviewer said that I had to be "trained" first and the process would take at least a year. I left and was called about an hour later asking me to come back the next day for the "on the job interview" that would last from 1-8pm. I turned it down.

These guys are pretty shady, but if you are into door to door sales then it may work for you.
