RIP OFF - do not order from this company

I ordered their "free" sample on 02/14/09. I never received the product but was charged $4.99 and $3.95 for "shipping and handling". Then 2 weeks later, I was charged an additional $78.81 and $89.31 for "products received".

I called their 800# to "cancel" my "membership" - the woman on the phone was able to cancel the account; however, when she informed me I had already been charged for a month's supply (of a product I NEVER received or agreed to monthly deliveries to begin with) I demanded a refund. I was then told she was simply sitting in a "call center" and was not authorized to refund anything. Below is a list of charges I disputed.

As a resut of this fiasco, I had to close my account with this Creditor, file fraud charges against this company, file a police report for internet theft, and open a new account with the Creditor.

I am fighting this all the way. I sent an email to Rachel Ray and Dr. Oz regarding this company - as they were the individuals listed on the internet as "supporting this product".
