I purchased a couch and reclinning chair from this place in Aug the reclinner did not last one week and the chair fell apart (rear of chair collapsed) we waited 4 months for them to get a nother one in (same brand) when we first got it home it seemed to be more firm than the first one, but less than a week later the exact same thing happened in the same place, the local store said they could do nothing and for us to call his boss (Steve) @ 1-920-568-8481which I did, waited a week to here back, then finaly he said they will do nothing, that they do not warenty their products (which was not disclosed at purchase) I think every customer should exspect a chair to last more than a week after paying $300.00 for it!
