They charge me a balance

I sylvia was taking by the ambulance, but the fire dept response first. I never received any bill stating that I had a bill. At that time I had insuring with was medicaid. Now when I did my credit report from experian they said I owe the fire dept a total of $ 438. I think I don't anything because everytime I go to collect information I never could get though. I even wrote to the company and and my letter was send back stating that this address was not an address. All I want is justice. I don't want to be rip off.
