Have not recieved refund for returned merchandise

On or about 1 jan i returned an item to Blair company for credit.inv# 197150564, for a velour jog suit. On Jan 5th I recieved a credit of $9.93 I'm assuming this was the shipping charge. But nothing further to date. I've talked to Pam, Denise and Vickie at the help line since that time and all assured me that the matter would be taken care of. It is now the9 th of March0 and still no refund. I even talkled to a supervisor last thursday march4th, and she assured me she would take care of it that day and call me back I have heard nothing. Its lawyer time in my estimation.
