Fandango unauthorized use of my debit card

Miscellaneous

On 2/13/09 i saw a debit from my checking account. I obtained a copy of my monthly bank statement and saw where $32.00 was withdrawn referencing "visa dda pur twxjwh103 readers dig. 800-487-3567, ny". I called this number and spoke with a tony tocci who informed me that the magazines were ordered for me through fandango (a company you order movie tickets through). He then stated that it was from 2007! He had an address for exeter, nh. Here is the best way i could track this... I am (was) a member of fandango and they did in fact have my debit card number in that i would use this to order movie tickets. He stated that national geographic was being sent to the address in exeter, nh. He also had a prior address of georgetown, ma. I explained to him that we lost our entire home in january to a horrible fire and yes we did have a forwarding address for exeter, nh (but this was only a p.O. Box that did not accept anything more than a letter. I never in my life ordered any magazines from fandango (i didn't even now that they offered such service! He then told me that my debit card would be credited for $29.00 and some cents within "3 to 5 business days". I was so angry that i decided to contact fandango direct via email. They responded saying that they wanted to see a copy of my bank statement. I only allowed the necessary info they needed to see and faxed it to them at 323-417-4975. Today i received an email from them stating the following:
