They ask you for s&h $3.88 to send you a free sales kit which does not arrive at all, or arrives after they then charge your credit card $72.21. When you call to find out why. A girl that sounds about 16 years old gives you the run around with stock answers & will not let you speak to a supervisor. This is a total scam from the start the kit is a cd with info about self help books etc. Which cost about. 45c to send.

The biggest part of the scam is they are using the google name to make it appear genuine. They are nothing to do with google. Ask florida state office of deceptive & unfair trade practices. They used to be called stores on line & were shut down. Then the owner started this & other scams. One day he'll be where he belongs.in jail. Scammer!!!
