Ripped us off for Almost $11,000-Not one sale! What a SCAM!

I could copy and paste the previous reports from all of the other investors in Horizon Technologies. We had the exact same thing happen to us. We listened with interest to Rich Patterson and was then turned over to Bruce Peterson, we were skeptical and did some research. BBB had nothing bad to report and other reports seemed good. We called them back and did business with them. We had an initial investment of $2449 and then we received the call for the advertising promotion using the postcards. We then invested $8400 for that.

All the while we were being charged for the monthly monitoring fee of $19.95 which I had reduced to $9.95 since I had not had it installed. Also the Web fee of $25 monthly was being charged. I had to get after them a number of times about the postcards. I was told the same as others that they were in the process of changing companies that they bought addresses from so that they could get the best ones for us. Then they finally sent us the postcard to indicate that they had sent out the first batch of 500 postcards. I called Laura Magana to inform her that I had received the card and she said she would send out the list. I waited and didn't receive it. I called again and got another person and she e-mailed it to me. I have yet to verify that these persons actually received the cards or not.

Mike Wilkes was very helpful as our tech support person but I never saw any results on our site that said he was doing his job of selling the units to the leads I entered. I even sent the list of leads to him via his e-mail address. The only leads that got into the website back office were the ones I entered and a few others I sent him. No results. No sales.

Now we are sitting here wondering how we could be so foolish to believe them and get ourselves into this situation. We are not wealthy people and work hard for the money we get. We really cannot afford to throw away $11,000. We too want our money back and we will join anyone who decides to start a class action suit. How do we go about it?
