Unauthorized withdrawal from my account of $74.95

On February 19, I placed an online order for a "free" grant writing CD, only agreeing to pay $3.95 for the shipping cost. The CD was never shipped, the money was withdrawn from my account.
On March 2, the unathorized amount of $74.95 was withdrawn from the same account.
The phone number reported was bogus (800 directory assistance) and no other direct contact information is available on the company's website, only two addresses (one in the US, the other, Nevis) to which I have already written.
