They some how got my credit card number and started doing debts on my acount they have gotten me for 58.78 so far and I want it stopped and my money put back into my account

On 2/11/09,2/17/09,2/26/09and 3/3/09 I have been charged 58.78 for something that I have no idea about. I am not sure how they really got all the information on me but they have. I want all of the 58.78 put back into my account or I will have to take futher actions.
