Hope The company never got in contact with the my Mortgage company until 1.21.09 and I sent them info in Nov. 08

I called the company did research or at least I thought I did enough research. I sent Hope Now all the needed information that they asked of me. I spoke to and working someone named Terry Mithcell and he said that I can call him on his cell. As a person who has worked for bnak for yearss should have called my mortgage company to find out if they had in fact got in contct with Hope Now. I was called for the last 2 weeks and never heard back from Terry. So I called my Mortgage company today and they told me that the only thing they had on record the authorization that sent to them stating that they can speak to them on my behalf and the last information was given to them on Jan. 21 when I sent this information to the company I was only a month behind in my mortgage and I thoguht they could help me because the mortgage company made my mortgage go up with the modification they gave and it didn't help me at all. He was good because I never fall for things like that but soemthing told me that It was right. I sent them the payment in which Terry (if that's he real name) said they hold in escrow. I gave them 1,900.00. Now I am 4 months behind when I was only 1 month. I don't know what to do. I hope they ALL go to jail!!
