Verified and Congratulated me for winning $998,407.77 then asked me to pay for it! What's up with that? Something must be done to stop these thiefs!

I recieved a letter in the mail recently from "Office of the Director" stating that I was being officially notified that I was confirmed as a Cash Prize Winner. Furthermore, he/she was thrilled to advise me that report of payout by independent sponsers in the amount of $998,407.77 had been confirmed for delivery to my address.

To initiate secure delivery, I must provide authorization and identity confirmation by returning the form attached below within 10 days. There was an encrypted code established for me as follows. 20520710918

An immediate response was required to avoid expiration of payout which was GUARANTEED to me if I respond in 10 days. It said, in all caps, CASH YOU HAVE ALREADY WON. Signed by Samuel S. Conway. I would have to include $24.87 for processing fee. HA! Please don't fall into the traps of these people.

Well, I don't know about the rest of you who have been jerked around by these people, but I would like to see them in jail for taking advantage of poor
people who trust everyone, or are in desparate need. I did not respond but I bet some of you did.

I say a full investigation into this must be done. Make them pay for what they are doing to tax paying citizens. I also would like to have the $998,407.77 that I WON for doing nothing except having an address.

There must be a reason for us to be able to file a report on this. I just hope that some lawyer will take it upon him/herself to see that this is stopped by making an example of them.
