American Memorabilia
Complete fraud! I am owed payment since June. Promises, promises

Miscellaneous

I consigned numerous personally valuable sports/music memorabilia to American Memorabilia for their June auction.

I was promised quick payment and all of my items sold for a total due me of $1958. I have contacted them numerous times with their comments being that we will be processing your order and you should receive it by this time. Once that time has come and gone I contacted them again. Now, the processing date is pushed back another 2 months. The last time I contacted them was in January and they told me that I would receive payment late Feb. Early March.

We are here now and yet I still have not heard anything. I did receive an email from their person in charge of accounts saying that they have recently changed their payment policy to make payment even faster!

I am heartbroken that I gave them my memorabilia, they sold it at a good profit, they got their money, I haven't gotten mine, and I am without my items. If I would have known what I know now I would have never parted with my items.

Please help me as I am at my wits end over this. Thank you.
