Must University, Glen Smith
They lied and mislead me. Glen said I would be refunded and he lied. Now I can't contact him

Glen Smith mislead me into making a purchase with them. He told me that their "sale" was running out and that I should buy now. I did and noticed that after several weeks, the sale was still there. I tried to be refunded because I knew I wasn't able to make the payments. Glen told me he would refund me. When I tried calling again, he was missing in action. No one could help. Everyone at this company gave me the run around. They were so unprofessional in their approach. I sent out numerous emails, phone calls, etc. Not one person responded. I needed to be refunded because I had insufficient funds in my account and my bank was charging me additional fees. When I explained all of this to Glen Smith, Anthony Harris, Ken Baker, Neal Samuelson, not one of them helped me in my time of need. They kept telling me I understand Sir and that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I am beginning to beleive that this place is fraudulant and to protect others rights, I am filing this complaint. Also, this place doesn'et even have a supervisor that overlooks everything.

I am very upset with them and action needs to be taken immediately. They have my information and I have to change my card number because I don't trust them. I asked to be taken off of their list and everytime I log in, my information is still posted. I also had an additional charge that was given to me and I asked Glen about it and he said that I wouldn't be charged. I don't trust him or Must University so that is why I am changing my card number.
