Charge Showed up on my Credit Card

I was reconciling my credit card when I came apon a charge of 14.95 from Savings2u. I had never heard of the company nor did I remember ordering anything. They did have a 800 number that I called and the person I talked to said I had ordered something from t.V. And that I had checked the box that indicated I wanted their service. I told her I had not and she said she would remove the charge and remove me from the service. Not sure what sort of service they provided.

Not trusting them I called my credit card company and they said they would charge it back to them and also block them from any further charges to my credit card.

The only thing I can think of is, is that I ordered "sham wow" as seen on t.V. And this company some how piggy backed on them. Maybe I did check a box that said I wanted this service but if I did it was something sneaky on their part. I also feel that Sham Wow should be notified that letting another company fool their customers is not good for their own product.

This is a business card and their are many charges on it each month and if I didn't go through it line by line I would have never caught it and I would be being charged this 14.95 every month. Just think about older people who order a lot off of t.V. Advertisments, chances are they won't even notice these charges. Very Sad!
