Scammed $80k from me in 2007 with Promisory Notes that mean nothing at all

Good day.

Along with Jason from Minneapolis, I too have been scammed by CEO/President/Conman Russell Haraburda at Imagitrend. I was introduced to Russell by my finacial advisor who also has invested and is currently being ripped off by the false promises and lies of Imagitrend. I too was told they would be going public with Eternal Gems and Hollywood Movie Machine within a few weeks... What a bunch of BS that was. Apparently they still have the rights to Eternal Gems (if you can beleive anything they say), but the partnership with HMM fell through. Since that time they have supposedly partnered with China Wine and are working on other projects to put under the Imagitrend umbrella... So they keep saying... Whatever.

I have 3 Promisory Notes signed by Mr Haraburda. The 3 notes are for 50k, 20k and 10k and were signed by Russ in 8/07-3/08 with the 'promise' to honor them in 30 days... Yeah right. I admit I was stupid for making the 20k and 10k investments since the initial 50k never happened, but he double talked me and fed me more promises... He's really good at the BS and double talk and seems sincere... Until he has your money. He's like Jekel and Hyde and does not care about anyone but himself and those in his con circle.

I agree with Jason. "Imagitrend is a complete rip off and all they are doing is collecting/stealing money from unsuspecting people and using it for something other that what they said they were going to use it for. LIARS!"

I also feel that the Attorney General or someone with authority should investigate and take action on behalf the poor souls who have been led astray by Imagitrends continuous lies.
