A Difficult Conundrum

We were with Option One for at least 13 years before we received the notice that AHMSI was taking over. The transition went smoothly but now we have fallen behind on our payments. We are not in foreclosure but are running into problems making arrangements even though we have the money to do so.

It's the same routine with the call center and now as I read this and other sites I am hesitant about sending the money for the latest arrangement because it may add another level of confusion to the situation and not be counted.

I am very interested in joining any lawsuit etc. To bring justice to this situation for all involved. I read the report from the widow in Florida and would like to investigate her suggestion further as well. If they are as sloppy as they appear to be there were probably violations early in the process.

There is also a class action suit regarding minorities (according to another consumer watch site) that has been filed with the MA Attorney General but is open to all States. You can call that office for more info.

May justice be brought to this company swiftly in hopes that it will operate in a fair and equitable way in the future or not at all.
