2/17/09 accounts froze, sharon says postman robbed of my replacement cards, FBI closes bank, postmaster general say no theft, I am broke, gas stations wont take checks

Since 2/17/09 my bank accounts have been off limits to me. I was informed by the bank on2/20/09 that I could begin using my checking account again. I have run out of all petty cash and the gas stations wont take checks. The FBI has been at the bank since 2/18/09 and were there yesterday, but my bank is still closed. The local sheriffs dept informed us that bank employees have been implicated and that along with our replacement credit cards and our personal information, others had buisness checks stolen. I have been told at least once when the bank would open for buisness and it did not. The local newspaper the "Daily press" is aware of this has said nothing and, has a sign up on the side of the bank in question "picked by us as the best inthe high dessert". Whats next, do they want me to turn around?
I had over three thousand dollars stolen from my account. It was returned but now, I have been informed by the local college that my credit card payment in january was never recieved. The bank is still closed as I type so how am I to rectify my finances. This has become a snowball, help me, help me, please
