Qwest is committing fraud by sending bills to collection agencies without telling the Collection agency of a Arbitration claim this is in violation of the FCRA the case was filed at the National Arbitration forum in Minnesota case # MX 0812002180597 Apostille # 200819639. Qwest is a Public agency and Mandatory arbitration is required they will not respond I talked to customer service directly and their lawyers and management refused to speak to me.
