My refund was denied

I ordered a free trial of Pure Acai Berry & paid the S&H. 2 weeks later they sent me a 2nd bottle & charged my account &83.80. When I called for a refund they said that they would not refund me the total amount. They finally agreed to refund me $60.00. They charged my account again for $78.81. I called them & they totally refused to reinburse me at all!
