Unauthorized charge to credit card

I spent four hours on the phone talking to diferent customer reps at master card about TLG Complete for a charge of 119.99. After being told to wait for a form to fill out and return, I finally asked to speak to with a supervisor or the fraud dept. There were numerous lost calls and hang ups, but I finally got thru to fraud dept., I don't know whether he slipped up or not, but said that TLG Complete Homes was associated with master card as a second or third party and stated this was a recurring complaint. I asked why did we have to contact them ourselves, there was no response. I called TLG for their address contact person if I needed to go civilly. I was put on hold and spoke to Jason Anderson who told me that I had signed an eight dollar check for membership in jan.. He said that I would be credited back 119.99, I him told that I like to see the copy of the check with my signature on it. I am very disappointed to find out that my own Tribute Master Card is behind this fraudulent credit card slamming.
