Ha-refused by post office

So i got a "free sample" and had to pay shipping... There for they had my credit card info. And at the end of signing up for it... They asked a bunch of questions as to if you want to cont. Etc... When i got my "free sample" noted in fine print that was getting charged $88.97... I called the office to cancel the plan... And put return to sender on the box that it came in. Watched my bankstatement for me to get the &88.97 credit back... I called the customer service on 12-10-08 and talked to john... John told me that the package if probably in the return past of the post office. Being refused... I was very confused. So i contacted my local post office, to see if there was such a thing. And they had told me that they cant refuse mail and that it was sent back to the sender, no such "holding" area... Called again, and informed the next rep that answered... Told him/her that would call at all times of the day. Him/her then told me that they are on a different time zone and that there was no one in the office...

Now it is feb. 23... And i have yet to get my refund... Of $88.97... Try calling there. And automated thing tells me that all reps are busy. Please try you call later. Thank you. And it terminates the call...
