These lowlifes actually compete with anothe company called Red Line Events (see: Red Line Events Fraud Report)
They pay 5% of the their "begging event" money to the d.A.R.E. Program under the disguise of a real company.
The other 95% of the money is a panhandlers free-for-all that every employee will have to share with each other. (you'll be lucky if you make $20)
