I happen to be one of those people who buys EVERYTHING online, especially furniture for my house. Let me say that as far as online retailers go, Inmod is a breath of fresh air. Not only is their selection ridiculously exstensive, but their customer service team is extremely helpful. I've actually purchased quite a few items, and in doing so I've gotten to know the folks over there on a first name basis. They seem to work together as a team and are definitely about building relationships. Despite 1 freight damage (out of over 10 orders, and which they resolved right away), I've had nothing but great experiences. You just don't get this kind of service with other sites.
