Poorer Service Quality after doubling the membership fee‎

I brought my 9-year daughter to the Carpenter Recreation Center to play some table tennis this afternoon. We arrived at around 4:30pm and reserved a table for 5:00pm at check-in. When it's our turn, there was another group asking to play at the same table. We went to the front desk to confirm the reservation and the answer was that we didn't reserve the table. What a service! I just talked to the front desk 30 minutes ago!

The Plano city government just doubled the membership fee not long ago. I strongly demand that the quality of the staff and the service be enhanced at the same time. Don't think that the residents will take whatever crap the city government throws at us.
