Will Be Moving To Asheville Soon Fired for His colosal blunder at a new account, ripped off on mileage, and in house bonus' repeadtedly

I've been working for The Cleaning Authority for several months. Have be berated, by "inspectors" and by the owner of so many occasions i have lost count. Kept going to work because times are tough and needed the money, what little they paid. Ripped off on in house bonus' for stupid reasons, like the boss didn't like something i said.inspectors report things that aren't true because they like or DONT like you. Major bias going on. Only pays 23 cents a mile, which does't even cover the gas in my vehicle. Upon hire told me i had to drive every other day, found that many people didn't have licences or ins. So i had to drive allot more than that.

The franchise then was bought by a new person, he fired me because of his own blunder. Sent me out with a mexican girl that didn't speak english, and did not know "The Cleaning Authority System". (i have nothing agaist the girl, we just could not comunicate)
Sent us there even though the customer requested the team that did the first clean. So she the customer was angry from the start. Sent us there first, when the customer specified after 11 am.

Did not put on the ticket that it was an INITIAL B. Which we should have known. I could not comunicate this to my partner becuae i don't speak spanish. I went outside to call the office as the customer was already irate and i didn't want her to hear, i was completely embarrassed. Called several times for help because it was entirely to larget of a job to finish in 3 HOURS virtually by myself.

This is by far the worst company to work for. Rips you off for hard earned money. The fires you because they are just plain stupid.

I truley feel bad for anyone that has to work for them just because they NEED a job.

Get this, the mexican girl then told the office that i made her do all the hard work. I was doing the initial bascially by myself becuase she didn't know how! And i couldn't explain it to her.

Anyone know who i can contactt in the company about this? I can't find anyone. What a suprise!
