S without my authorization took money out my credit card nebraska, they have a p o box in chicago

I purchased 4 item from intelius for $1.95 a few days later i checked my checkin account and valuemax have taken $19.95 from my debit card, by taken that $19.95 it overdrew my account i was charge 3 32.00 charges because i have made other small purchases thinking that i had money on my checking account. I call them, and they told me that they will refund the money, to fax them copy of the bank statement, i did so. However they only refunde me $19.95. I went to the bank and talked to an officer
and after pushing they took two of the $32. Oo charges. I call valuemax and ask them to refund me the other $32.00, and they refuse to do it. That happened on 02-17-09 then on 02-19-09 intelius also take $19.95 from my checking account and i get another $32. Oo i put today a dispute with the bank on those charges.
