This company and other knock-offs like it are pulling the same stunt on many people. Offering the wonders of Acai Berry in "free trial" samples, then immediately charging users for both the sample and another batch sent without request. Their claim is that "it's all in the terms & conditions on our website", but trying to find those is a task in itself and the make it virually impossible to contact them after you've been taken in by the free sample offer. Phone numbers are not answered, they don't list email addresses, you can only contact them via an online chat function on their website. No refunds or returns allowed, and they get your credit card then simply withdraw cash from your account until you somehow get in touch with them. That gives them plenty of time to get $100's from victims.
