ALLSTATE BEAUTY - no product sent but money taken after placeing order in JANUARY, ripoff, thieves, can't contact, never response

I placed an order with this.com on JAnuary 7th for almost $100.00. After 4 weeks, I tried to call many times and e-mailed many times. This company NEVER responded to me. I reported them to PAYPAL, since this was the SAFE way to order... I thought, They did an invsetigation and finally came to the conclusion that the company sent out my order BECAUSE they gave PAYPAL a delivery number from the poststal service. I kept checking the number they sent me, only to keep getting from the P.O. That there was no such number for any package. I never got the merchandise, PAYPAL was of no help what-so-ever, and I am now out my money.
