Grant Access Club - Yourusagrant false sale receipt (2.95 for cd) No mention or posting of further fees or cost or participation

I saw an ad on facebook and checked it out - all that was promoted that I was interested in was a FREE CD (INFO) for 2.95 S&H - (vs. Web access - which I didn't want, didn't sign up for)

It was not stated that there was anything further to this beyond purchasing and the CD for viewing.

I did receive an RECEIPT for $2.95/CD
There was no mention of club participation, further fees, and further activity.
That was what the CD was for, to explain about what this supposedly was -

I received a notice (02/18/09) from my bank (online) that an overdraft had occurred in part, because of a 58.61 charge - which was paid. (this was in evening)

I was absolutely stunned - filed a report online with my bank, a fraud alert,
and tomorrow am going down to handle it with bank. I am also notifying NV Better Business Bureau, FCC, FTC, and RIpOff here. I will also be calling the "company #"

The ACH name was different than the company offering the CD - it was YOURUSAGRANT

Again, it was a "FREE CD @ 2.95 S&H - (online charge) for a cd - no mention in writing of any further participation or fees or "CLUB" in the add. CD for Info Only
