I did not get my 16" lcd tv that i paid for

I call them every week no one can help me i know they got the payment because most of it was taking from my bank account and the remaining bal was sent by money order but every time i call i got to way 1 hour for some one to pick up the phone and they cannot help me and there is no supervisor there and know boss i paid $259.00 for this tv i dont know what to do anymore help me please this is not right times are hard they sould be thankful that i'm buying from them to keep there business going
