Stay at home Mom ripped off by AVON

I became an Avon representative in August. It was only $10 to start your way to your "dreams." Well, I've never had such a nightmare! The first few months were great! I had customers ordering products left and right. Then I got lucky, or so I thought, and was asked to do two bazaars during the holiday seasons. I was thrilled! I ordered excess products I assumed would sell. Some did, most didn't, but being an Avon representative, I was under the impression that they offered a 100% money back guarantee, so what I didn't sell I could send back.
Many items didn't sell so I went into my back office on the Avon representative site to do what they call "EZ Returns." OK, yea, easy my ass! I did all of the packing slips and printed the shipping labels via UPS, which I had to pay to send the items back. I had UPS come to my house and pick up the items, which cost me another $3 per box, but at the time that was convenient for me so I did it.
The UPS driver came and put a sticker on each box and handed me the stickers for my records.
I stuck the stickers on each packing slip/RMA form I had for my records so I would know which tracking number went with which box.
To my dismay, Avon claimed they NEVER received some of the boxes, and they claimed that some of them didn't have all of the items that were due to be returned in them. I have my records proving they DID receive each and every box.
My district manager was NO HELP until I contacted HER manager. All I kept hearing from my district manager was how she had 750 plus representatives under her to take care of, and she made my problems sound petty. Then they both tried to get the ball rolling. Then my district manager informs me that everything has been taken care of and my balance will show the credits in a few days. Well, three weeks passed and still no change.
Keep in mind she said everything was taken care of, I was credited my items sent, and I would see the credits on my balance due. When I contacted her to let her know that NOTHING had been changed, she then informed me ONCE AGAIN that she has over 750 representatives under her and it was hard to please them all. She then told me to go over ALL of my invoices from Avon to see where the problem was. After doing that, I still saw that I should only owe AVON approx. $100 which was for the last customer orders I received, and I have no problem paying that.
After checking online, I found usacomplaints.com and found out that I am NOT the only one this has happened to. Also, in a Yahoo group I am a member of that is full of Avon representatives, several people have had the same problem. I also found a site named avonscamdotcom that publishes reports that most seem very familiar to my story, I also published my email string with my worthless supervisor that will definitively show that I was a top producer/award winner and look what they did to me.
Avon is now saying that I owe them almost $1400.00 for products they claim they didn't receive that I have proof they did. Needless to say, it will be a cold day in hell before they get that kind of money from me. I won't pay for something that is sitting in their warehouse or in someone else's office because they chose NOT to credit me correctly.
