LENDER &/or SECURITIES / E American Securities / E Companies Owner Betsy Duranty Rip-off refuses to pay me after working for her for a total of SEVEN (7) WEEKS she has also refused 2 pay other individuals as well deceptive company San Diego

Betsy Duranty owner of E American Securities / E American-Lenders.com has REFUSED 2 PAY ME after working for her for a TOTAL of SEVEN (7) WEEKS.

She has refused to pay other individuals as well, who have also reported their complaint on this web site.

I am taking this compaint to the LABOR BOARD who will close her doors of operation down, until she learns how to pay her employees.

She told me that all her employee records were stolden, to make me believe that is the reason why she is not paying me the money she owes me.

She currenly continues to PAY PEOPLE UNDER MINIMUM WAGE REQUIREMENTS, without fear or dread of the legal requirements.

This is OUTRAGIOUS, for anyone "a worker is worthy of his wages" especially one who tries their best to do the best job that they can do without complaint and in spite of all the Drama that was brought to me.

The COMPANY is in the LENDING BUSINESS, Betsy Duranty is not even LICENSED to do HOME LOANS, nor does she have WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS with any SUBPRIME LENDERS enabling her to do any loan. She is in violation, not only of employment laws, but other law, in which I intent to contact the proper persons and/or authorities and/or should I say organizations.

(Right now I am extremely disapointed that I tried to do all that I could to help this woman [company], not ONLY because of the PAY [not received], but because of the ungrateful attitude that was very abusive and carnal).

That's all I have to say, I'm extremely sorry!!!
