Unprofessional Attitude

I placed an online change of Address and I called two weeks later to do a follow-up because I was still receiving mail at my old address. This incident happened on February 9th at 9:35am. The Post Master answered the phone, she didn't say good morning, or anything, she was very short, unpleasant, and she informed me that we have to pay on line, in which I was trying to explain to her that they didn't ask me for a credit card. If they did, I woulld have declined, because I can go into the post office and fill it out for free. The Post master was very rude and disrespectful, she was very argumentive and I hung up on her. I kow that wasn't right, but you should of heard her demeanor over the phone. The sad thing about it was, I sent my mother into the post office to fill out our information, and she ran from across the hall and she attacked my mom. My mother stated she was so rude, and she assumed the person in the front was me, so when she came out, she informed my mother that I was rude, because I hung up on her, well I have to say, Iv'e never hung up on any person, but her tone was so rude and so mean, I hung up the phone, not to hear her voice. I am writting this complaint because, she was so rude, I have a brother and a fiance that works with the United Postal services, they both know the system and stated that they were never aware that we have to pay on line for a change of address. They both have worked for the Postal services for 27 years and 20 years. I want this Post Master to apologize for her rude and disrespectful behavior.
