Steals money from your account and you dont get the socallled "cds" internet

Your given the idea that your paying 1.99 and 2.75 for shipping of a cd that will help you located govt grants. But you also have the option (or so it says) of getting access now by going to a download link. Both are scams and very false. There is a charge of $94.00 on my bank account and you can never get anyone on the phone about this as well as no cd's or anything in the mail. I have filed a dispute with my bank as well as contacted the better business bureau and my state attorney general for action on this. I don't know if there is a real lisa f but if it is she needs to burn in "heck".
