Miscellaneous

On wnis, the crunchman team reports that they can help bail you out of all your debt. We called them. They offered a interest rate of 6.25%. I had appraissal done the 3rd week of july. I did not here anything for 3 weeks. I called. They lost the report. Then premier appraissals guessed and said it was worth 120,000. I had it appraissed in and it was 165,000. Then they came back and told me it was 175,000. They said it will close around the 2 nd week of august. I have not heard one word about this, i called and then finnally the 3rd week of august, they told me i had more papers to fill out, not telling me what it was until i walked into the door that 3 weeks prior they sold out to another company and refile my paperwork and gave me an interest rate of 6.75%. Again, i waited 2 wks, the end of august was told to pay Sams Club $400.00 for a good faith payment and the loan will close in a week. Well 2 wks past again, and the they wanted me to talk to a credit repair person, not saying what it would cost. So, we came in and he would not say anything until I gave him $200.00 upfront and the rest would come out of my loan and it would take 6 months. I said no i cannot wait I had to pay off my debt, so I can have 1 monthly payment. Now my credit is shot, i am behind on my revolving accounts as weel as my mortgage. So buyer beware!
