The loans department which is the federal government gave me students names and addresses

Around June I had requested some paper work on a loan that I never asked for.instead of giving me out the paper work that I had requested the federal government had given me out students social security numbers and mine has been given out to someone else as well.

I had contacted the William Ford Loans department regarding this issue. They told me to shred the evidence and keep my mouth shut.in which I will not. I contacted CSUB, authorities, governors office, even the president of the United States regarding this issue but they refuse to do anything about this issue.

I also contacted the newspapers as well as the news media about this. KERO in Bakersfield California had promised me that they would do the story. I no longer live in Bakersfield so I told them that I would be arriving from San Luis Obispo where I live now. I showed up in Bakersfield which cost me a total of $80.00 back and forth and when I got there KERO claims to have never told me that they were going to do the story and refused to see me.

I am out of $80.00 plus all of the phone calls to KERO. I contacted KERO today and they are refusing to do the story plus they refused to give me my money back for the transportation. They told me that they can drop the story at anytime that they want to and they never have to give me anything.

I could have easily used these students names and social security numbers to cause identity theft however I didn't. I chose to do the right thing and see what it gets me, $80.00 out of my pocket.

I am already taking KERO to the Better Business Bureau plus consumer affairs for everything that I am out. Rip offs!
