I bought out this loan and there saying it, s a goverment backed loan it, s not

I bought out this loan over 2 yrs ago. I wouldn, t give them my bank in fo so they told me to send money orders. I sent 1 money order for 700. Then i opened a bank of america acc for the next 2 payments 0f 700. The buy out was 2100 in total. Then i strarted getting very very threatening phone calls from a man named rocky. I changed my number they were scaring my mother. Then i started getting letters say they were attaching my pay check. They said it was a goverment backed loan. It isn, t i paid those off this loan was for heavy equipment school. They put about 6 or 7 differnt loans on my credit when it was 1 loan i bought out. Now they have taken my income tax. This loan is not a goverment backed loan and i bought it out.

I needed that money to take care of my mother. This has been goi ng on to long they make thier own rules i need a lawyer who has some ba*s to take on this company before it gets really bad and people start taking care of it themselfs. How much mopre cheating and bad and ruthless things can we take. Please if a lawyer readys this i really really need your help. I, m at my witts end. Billy
