Rip-off consumer fraud

Received a billing on Credit card for $96.00 for MWI Essentials. I called them and they said it was for a membership fee and did I get the information in the mail.

I not only did not receive any information but did not, in fact, order or ask for any membership in some kind of $10,000 shoping thing.

HOW DID THEY GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER? Is Sears or someone letting the credit card numbers out for profit?
