Beware and stayoff - Moving by Custom Moving

They will come and are very friendly about everything and gave me a quote and demand a deposit.
BUT once the deposit has been paid, there is no followup and I have to call them many times to confirm the dates etc.
THEN after loading and moving everything off they told me... I had to call them many times... That the quote was low as I have to pay 20% more i.E. About $11000 in total.
Payment is to be in Cash OR Bank draft at arrival. At the door.
Well I did... What to do? They got me...

Then even before leaving I found there are TWO large boxes of items missing and they are still lost after 6 weeks. They do not call you back I had to call them many times and now they just say... Too bad it is lost!

DON'T be taken like me!!!
