REO Property Solutions-Gary Dambach & Francis Powell
Never paid me for work I completed

I answered an ad on craigslist in November that was posted by Gary Dambach. Gary hired me as an independent contractor to do property inspections in Mississippi. I didn't sign a contract it was a verbal aggreement. Gary has a contract through First American Field Services. He told me it was inspections for REO Property Solutions. I logged into firstam.com to get my work orders and to submit the ones I completed. I was told my first check would be mailed after the first 30 days of work and then every 2 weeks thereafter. I have all the workorders I completed and I have emailed and called but still have NOT BEEN PAID. Gary Dambach, Francis Powell, & First American Field Services ripped me off. I was told on Jan. 08 my first check was being mailed that day but I never recieved it and then on Jan. 23 I recieved an email telling me once again that my check would be mailed on Jan. 30 but still yet I have not recieved any pay. I spoke to Julien Smith with First American Field Services and he was like what do you want me to do? He went on to say he would speak to these guys and find out why I haven't been paid and that he would keep in touch with me but I haven't heard anything else from him. These people need to be stopped.
