Billing Ripoff!

This company has a clever—and, in my experience— unique way of ripping off its customers. It adds a $5.00 "PAPER INVOICE DELIVERy FEE" to each bill. My late father was a customer, and like many elderly people did not use computers and had no email address. I cringe to think how many times he was dinged $5.00 on top of his monthly bill. His final bill was for only $0.51, but Zone Telecom shamelessly tacked on its usual $5.00 PAPER INVOICE DELIVERY FEE."
