Stole account info and made charge to my reloadable Visa account I never heard of this company

I went to use my prepaid Visa Card and it showed I had insufficientfunds so I knew something was wrong. I pulled up my account information and it showed a pending transaction of $60.00 to ezgrant.com. I called Customer Service and they said they can not stop payment to the merchant because they have my card information. I was outraged that I am telling this company I did not give this merchant my card info and I have no idea how they got it because I have never heard of this company.

CS said I could cancel my card so no other charges could be made but that I would have to call the merchant to have them stop the current charge. I called the number CS supplied me and they do not answer the phone. (surprise surprise) So I guess I am out $60 and I will never use another pre paid card. At least if you go through a bank or a regular credit card you have dispute rights.
