I thought that they would help me get out of arrears with my mortgage company. As it turns out, they lied. Big surprise.

The $800.00 I money gramed could have gone to the Mortgage comp. And they would have deferred a payment to help me.

Turns out NFR never worked with my mortgage company EVER! Nor did they return calls, or emails. I was told I would receive my refund in 2 to 10 weeks. I was blown away by the time frame. Especially since they insisted I get the funds to them with in a 24 hour time frame or they would not be able to help me.

I should have waited a day and thought about what they were asking for from me before doing it. I would have seen that they were a crooked bunch, Now I am out $800.00 and still behind on my mortgage.
