$29.99 Fraudulent Charge on Credit Card

I've never had any dealings with this company, and yet they charged my credit card $29.99 out of the blue. I have contacted my credit card company and started the inquiry process. I've also had a fraud alert placed on my card. I have noticed a second fraudulent charge of $34.84 from another Utah company (CARALLUMA EX, out of Provo UT) and I believe both charges are probably related to the same criminals. At any rate, the Attorney General of Utah should crack down on these criminals. I've never ordered anything from these guys. A quick survey of Google indicates that many people have been the victims of the same crime.
