Rip-off charges for a three day billing cycle

I started a new service plan with the AT&T corporation for a cellular phone plan. This occurred on 1/12/09. I received a bill for a billing cycle of 01/12/09-01/15/09 where I had used the cellular service for a total of 120 minutes that were supposed to be included in my 900 minute rate plan per month. The total of the three day cilling cycle was $265.78. Are we as americans able to be charged this outrageous fees for using a cellular telephone for less than thirty days to date. This is outrageous. I spoke to a representative who put me on hold for over thirty minutes and did not help me at all. When I called back I had to scream at the telephone representative named Vi Leonoff at a call center to get anywhere. Fortunately this one customer service representative deserves a raise for being able to deal with my irrate behavior after getting nowhere with the first representative who I did not get their name. I was able to get some assistance with the problem. However i am shutting down service after getting a bill for less than thirty days of service and returning the phone. I as an american tax paying hard working citizen will not be subject to a large corporation getting away with these ridiculous fees. I will be sending a copy of the bill to my state senator and also to federal congress along with my formal written complaints.
