Beware of Ken Monilaw and Area Builders

I will keep this short since I believe the above listed company is out of business. If Ken Monilaw approaches you suggesting that he is a professional contractor, please think twice about hiring him!!! He has a long history of subpar and shoddy work. Every subcontractor that he hired for a job I contracted with Ken, have told me that they will NEVER work with him again. Just check his name and area builders for past liens and bankruptcies and you will find a large amount of information on Mr. Monilaw. I fired him a year ago but just found this site today which showed a posting mentioning my name that clearly was written by Mr. Monilaw. Therefore, I am responding at this late date.
