Complete Rip-Off!

I ordered the free trial of the Acai Berry Supplement, advertised as only having to pay S/H of $4.99. I called to cancel any further transactions and couldn't get through for an entire day. When I did, they made me call a 2nd number as well who told me I didn't exist in their system. 2 days later my account was charged $78.81. I called again and the guy said they can't refund it, that I'm outside of the 14 days. I told him I did call and cancel with a 'Jody Morgan'. He said the reps there could have given me "any" name. He said he would cancel it for future but would not refund the money. I asked for his name and he was reluctant to give it to me. He also told me it was "illegal" to give out his managment's name and extension information. My bank is currently disputing this charge.
